A Dave Rankin standard sailing Rankin. Dick Gibson advised he bought the dinghy from Clayton Love (Junior) in 1994. Dick had stripped her back and applied his famous Montecarlo finish before selling her on to Frank Murphy in 1995. Frank confirmed the deal was done at a party in Dick’s House where he was smitten with the Rankin and bought the boat ostensibly as a present for his daughter (she is still waiting!).
